Reversed Braking System: With the reversed braking system, you’re in complete control. This walking stabilizer won’t move until you lightly squeeze either hand brake. Upon releasing the brake, the Neuro will stop immediately.

Rolling Resistance Control: What sets apart the Neuro from other rolling walkers is your ability to adjust its rolling speed. To control the rolling resistance, simply loosen the set screw and rotate the adjustment lever to the desired amount and re-tighten the set screw.

Spring-Loaded Front Wheel: You can glide easily over uneven surfaces with the patented spring-loaded caster system. This is especially helpful for small obstacles, such as cracks in the sidewalk and indoor molding strips.

Adjustable Forearm Platforms: You can stand upright with your forearms cradled with the model’s padded platforms. The platforms can be rotated inwards as well as angled up or down.

Optional Laser & Sound Cueing Module: The optional laser & sound cueing module is primarily used by those who suffer from Parkinson’s freezing. However, it’s also for anyone with an irregular gait pattern, and can help normalize walking and increase stride. To use the module, press the red button to project a red laser line on the floor that will guide your steps. The sound feature can also create a beat pattern for your walking speed.
