Returns Policy and FAQs

To protect our customers, a Returned Material Authorization Number (RMA) is required for ALL return situations, cancellations and etcetera.

Obtaining an RMA is as easy as 1-2-3!

  1. Call 1-855-926-4367 or email customer.service @
  2. We'll need your name, order number, item number, reason for return, and a daytime phone number.
  3. At this point, we will provide detail instructions.

Return Policy Details

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • charges a 25% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are paid by the customer.
  • Returned Items must be unused and in new condition, in original packaging.
  • Return items must be shipped insured, and shipped within 7 days of when the RMA is issued.
  • Refund may take up to 30 days after we receive the returned goods. This varies based upon the original payment method.

For safety and hygienic reasons, Sales are final on the following items:
Sterile products, cushions and back cushions, mattresses, bathroom safety items, up lift seats, lift chairs, hygiene products, gloves, custom orders, and unused nutrition items.

Defective Items

  • Defective items can be exchanged for a new "like item" or credit. Credit will be given after returned item has been inspected.
  • Please contact us (1-855-926-4367 or email customer.service @ and we will schedule a pick up for return.
  • Missed scheduled pick up is subject to a $25 fee.


  • Contact us (1-855-926-4367 or email customer.service @ as soon as possible. We will attempt to halt the shipping process.
  • If your order has already been shipped. It will be handled as a return after your received the package.
  • 6% credit card transaction convenience fee applied. 

Refused Shipments

  • Refused shipments will be charged a shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee.
