Prescription Items Policy
To be compliant with current Local, State and Federal laws and regulations, Easy Medical Store requires a prescription from a licensed medical practitioner on selected items offered in our store and on this site. Some of these items include, but are not limited to Portable Oxygen Concentrators, Home Stationary Concentrators, CPAP-AutoPAP Devices, and other items. Prescriptions are NOT required for replacement parts and accessories. If a prescription is required for an item in your order, we will inform you and ask you to provide the prescription before we fill your order. For the quickest turn around, write your order number on your prescription and fax to: 480-926-4364.
For the quickest turn around, write your order number on your prescription and email a scanned copy to: email@example.com.
For the quickest turn around, write your order number on your prescription and then take a photograph of your prescription with your mobile phone. Once you have the photo on your mobile phone, open a new text message and attach the photo to the message. Send the message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Send us your prescription by US mail. Please note that we do not recommend this method because we cannot ship your order until we receive the prescription in the mail. This method may delay the delivery of your shipment.
