almost perfect
This bed works well for me and is comfortable. I like the firm, upgraded mattress and the quiet operation. Only problem is the remote is awkward, heavy,. and strangely unbalanced weight wise, so it falls easily from where it is placed. The cord is way too short and the curled part is too stiff and strong.

Full electric home care bed w/ upgraded mattress
The bed is very useful, good quality and works well. Everybody at Easy Medical was very nice and helpful however there was no specific delivery window just “ in the afternoon” it was delivered about 6:30 pm, so half the day was wasted waiting around. I believe that a 2-3 hour window would be sufficient, and that is the only reason for a 1 star deduction.
