Returns Policy and FAQs

To protect our customers, a Returned Material Authorization Number (RMA) is required for ALL return situations, cancellations and etcetera.

Obtaining an RMA is as easy as 1-2-3!

  1. Call 1-855-926-4367 or email customer.service @ easymedicalstore.com.
  2. We"ll need your name, order number, item number, reason for return, and a daytime phone number.
  3. At this point, we will provide detail instructions.

Return Policy Details

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • EasyMedicalStore.com charges a 25% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are paid by the customer.
  • Returned Items must be unused and in new condition, in original packaging.
  • Return items must be shipped insured, and shipped within 7 days of when the RMA is issued.
  • Refund may take up to 30 days after we receive the returned goods. This varies based upon the original payment method.
  • For safety and hygienic reasons, Sales are final on the following items:
    Sterile products, cushions and back cushions, mattresses, bathroom safety items, up lift seats, lift chairs, hygiene products, gloves, custom orders, and unused nutrition items.

Defective Items

  • Defective items can be exchanged for a new "like item" or EasyMedicalStore.com credit. Credit will be given after returned item has been inspected.
  • Please contact us (1-855-926-4367 or email customer.service @ easymedicalstore.com) and we will schedule a pick up for return.
  • Missed scheduled pick up is subject to a $15 fee.

Cancellations

  • Contact us (1-855-926-4367 or email customer.service @ easymedicalstore.com) as soon as possible. We will attempt to halt the shipping process.
  • If your order has already been shipped. It will be handled as a return after your received the package.

Refused Shipments

  • Refused shipments will be charged a shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee.
